Scott McGlynn is a Welsh LGBTQ+ activist, author, talk show host and digital influencer with over 200k Instagram followers. He is also the creator of the Scott McGlynn show, a podcast centred around celebrity gossip and interviews from the LGBTQ+ community, and presenter on Tring Radio.

Scott started his lifestyle and fashion blog in 2015, and published his first book Out in 2016. This autobiography details his struggle with bullying and his social struggles with growing up gay, and his coming out journey. After the release of Out, Scott became an active LGBTQ+ campaigner and was nominated for the 2016 Pride Power List. In 2018, his podcast reached top 5 on the UK iTunes podcast chart, and The Scott McGlynn Show has featured several celebrity guests including Perez Hilton, David Yost, Anthony Bowens and various contestants from RuPaul’s Drag Race. In late 2017, Scott was featured as a panelist at the Edinburgh Festival of Politics where he spoke about the opportunities and dangers of the digital world, off the back of his book.

After gaining huge success on his Instagram, Scott was named a global brand ambassador for Neutrogena in 2019. In 2020, McGlynn launched a new IGTV beauty series called Celebrity Skin Talks, featuring interviews with celebrities focusing on their skincare problems. Scott has just finished filming for series 3 of Sex Education.

Scott is proud and excited to be a champion for Pride 365, and is passionate about LGBTQ+ diversity inclusion. He wants to tackle bullying and ignorance, and make the workplace, and the world a better, more accepting place for the community.
