Celia is a Management Consultant with over 20 years of demonstrated success in operating, growing and spearheading strategic healthcare and life sciences programs for the fortune 100 companies. As a diversity and inclusion champion she educates, empowers and advocates for transgender and gender non-binary individuals in the community and corporate world both in US and Southeast Asia.

Celia is an Asian Indian trans women of color, an entrepreneur, public speaker, activist, musician and a filmmaker. Having gone through stigma, discrimination and gender dysphoria, she speaks passionately about the challenges she faced in her community and corporate world. She brings an amazing intersectional blend of ethnicity, creativity, culture, religion and corporate experience in her activism.
