Marie-Ève Baron has over 23 years of experience in the engineering of embedded computer systems, telecommunications and project management. After completing a first master’s degree in engineering management, she then began a second one in education. She started a freelance project in 2013 while she was teaching electrical engineering technology.
In addition to her engineering career, she is very committed to the LGBTQ+ cause, especially with Fierté Montréal since 2010. Over the last decade, she has been evolved with local, national and international organizations such as ATQ, GRIS Montréal, Fierté Canada Pride, Interpride and many more.
Today, she is recognised for her commitment to the cause and for her defence of LGBTQ+ rights and freedoms, in particular of women and trans people.
