easyGuide are a centralised B2C platform for locals and tourists alike to book tickets to attractions, activities, experiences, tours, and theatre shows in over 200 locations around the world. We are a part of the easy Family of Brands which includes the likes of easyJet and easyHotel.

Why signing up to Pride 365 is important to us?

The easy brand was built with a goal to make travel accessible for everyone – for the many, not the few. Our brand has paved the way to breaking down the barriers that prevent access to travel and entertainment, but there’s still more that needs to be done. We are therefore determined to create an inclusive environment for our employees and customers alike as inclusivity and diversity are at the heart of our mission. We aim to reach travellers all over the world and present them with a welcoming and excellent service, relevant for everyone, everywhere, and this mindset starts internally. 

This is why we are making a pledge to Pride 365, to show that everyone is welcome and valued at easyGuide and in the travel sector, every day of the year. We want to publicly show our support for the LGBTQ+ community and all allies and create a respectful and inclusive environment within our workplace. 

How does the Pride 365 pledge fit in with our values and authenticity?

Our brand’s core values define that we are for the many, not the few and we should make a difference in people’s lives. We are not afraid to stand up for what is right, and we seek to build further on these values.

We are committed to making easyGuide and the wider travel sector accessible for everyone. We seek to cultivate a respectful, honest, open and caring environment inclusive of all, for our strength as a travel company with products worldwide is in our diversity.

To uphold our company beliefs, it is imperative we recognise and value the differences amongst us and seek to leverage these differences to create a sense of belonging within our community.

The Pledge 

easyGuide pledges to play our part in improving inclusivity in the workplace and society and be instrumental in bringing about an end to the corporate appropriation of the LGBT+ community to help create a world of inclusion for all.

We have made the following commitments:

Commitment 1

We will be public and open in support of LGBT+ inclusion 365 days a year by promoting our partnership with Pride 365. We will apply the Pride 365 designation across company websites, social media, corporate communications, and public relations activities. We will do this 365 days a year and not just during Pride season.

Commitment 2

We will issue press releases to support the partnership with Pride 365 and raise awareness for the work and nominated charities. 

We will promote inclusivity in the workplace and in society and will identify opportunities for leader(s) to emphasise our commitment to the Pledge and the partnership.  

We will conduct an audit of our advertising and marketing outputs to ensure they are inclusive and promote diversity. 

We pledge that these commitments will be carried out by 30th December 2022
