JD Healthcare
Sector: Fertility Care

London Women’s Clinic provides fertility treatment to women and couples across England and Wales. Established in 1985 in Harley Street, London Women's Clinic has since pioneered many of the routine techniques used to treat fertility today. We want to help our patients have a healthy baby, using treatments which are safe, effective and affordable. We want to put you at the heart of your personalised treatment programme, designed with you and a healthy baby in mind. Our state-of-the-art facilities include on-site laboratories and theatres led by a team of consultants and nursing staff with over 30 years’ experience. We also have regional centres in the South East, North East, and West of England, and Wales, giving you local access world-class fertility care.

Why signing up to Pride 365 is important to us?

In a landscape where fertility treatment is often seen as a privilege or a luxury, London Women’s Clinic (LWC) stands apart. Through decades of clinical innovation, empathetic care, and significant investment in a “wheels and spokes” infrastructure, LWC has innovated to make fertility services truly inclusive for the LGBTQIA+ community. This commitment is clearly visible in four key pillars underpinning its work—pillars that illuminate how LWC is improving access for people of all genders, orientations, and family structures.

How does the Pride 365 pledge fit in with your values?

It is continuation and expansion of our decade long pursuit of supporting the LGBTIA+ community in improving their access to fertility care.

The Pledge

Commitment 1

We will be public and open in support of LGBT+ inclusion 365 days a year by promoting our partnership with Pride 365. We will apply the Pride 365 designation across company websites, social media, corporate communications and public relations activity. We will do this 365 days a year and not just during Pride season.

Commitment 2

We will support a nominated LGBT+ charity through donation or time/resource allocation to demonstrate our commitment to the community all year round. (Note: Pride 365 recommends the InterPride Solidarity Fund that helps to set up Pride’s in hostile territories.)

Commitment 3

Partner with Pride 365 to strengthen our LGBT+ Ally Network and to implement structured activities in support of this.

Create an Ally and LGBT+ Network.

Undertake a programme of Pride 365 Certified “Culture First” training for Team Members.

Issue press releases to support the partnership with Pride 365; raise awareness for the work of nominated charities; and promote inclusivity in the workplace and society.

Undertake an audit of our advertising, marketing, and scripts for television and web-sites to ensure that they are LGBT+ appropriate by Pride 365.

Conduct interviews with the CEO and senior leadership detailing the importance of, and commitment to the Pledge and the partnership. “What is Pride 365 to you?”

Release a CEO statement expressing commitment to inclusion and the partnership with Pride 365.

Ensure that our supply chain is also committed to authentic support and inclusion in the following ways…

Implement and modify Policies so that they are LGBT+ aware and inclusive.

We pledge that these commitments will be carried out by 2026-12-31.
