Over the next 12 months, we will:
Deliver LGBT+ inclusivity training to our management team – ensuring our leaders are equipped to foster a respectful and supportive environment for all colleagues.
Review our current Equality, Inclusion, and Diversity policy – ensuring it continues to reflect best practice and supports a culture of fairness, respect, and belonging.
Support a charitable organisation working in or supporting the LGBT+ community – recognising the importance of local and national efforts to promote inclusion and wellbeing.
Promote our Pride365 accreditation through our website, social media channels, and in customer communications – demonstrating our commitment to inclusion both internally and externally.
Create and share an inclusive language guide – helping our teams communicate in ways that reflect our values and support a welcoming culture.
Review our recruitment materials – ensuring they use inclusive language and reflect our commitment to equal opportunity.
Include questions on inclusion and diversity when employing new staff – helping us benchmark the diversity of our workforce and track progress over time
