PRIDE365 AWARDS ITS ‘SEAL OF APPROVAL’ TO HILTON IN AUSTRALIA FOR THEIR LEADERSHIP IN LGBTQ+ INCLUSION

The Pride365 Seal of Approval measures inclusion in the workplace across all levels and shines a light on work that would otherwise go unseen.

Companies are granted the award based on authenticity and the results of an IAT employee survey and must score a minimum baseline performance whilst committing to a path of incremental improvement year on year.

Hilton understands that diversity, equity, and inclusion is crucial to creating a great place to work and has pledged to continue investing in tailored training and education specifically as part of its life-long commitment towards total inclusivity. Underpinning this is Hilton’s Pride Team Member Resource Group (TMRG), who play a significant role in actively shaping a culture which supports LGBTQ+ Team Members and provides education to allies.
