The Pride365 Seal of Approval measures inclusion in the workplace across all levels and shines a light on work that would otherwise go unseen.
Companies are granted the award based on authenticity and the results of an IAT employee survey and must score a minimum baseline performance whilst committing to a path of incremental improvement year on year.
Hilton understands that diversity, equity, and inclusion is crucial to creating a great place to work and has pledged to continue investing in tailored training and education specifically as part of its life-long commitment towards total inclusivity.
